About
I run this site! I'm also very into fitness, but currently recovering from 2 long-term injuries affecting my knee and shoulder.

See 'injuries' section of my journal to find out more.

I'm slowly returning to full gym activity, and tracking my progress on bodydaemon.

    hey sharla,

thanks for the words. i'm definitely going to keep my blog on here up to date with what's happening, so it's worth keeping an eye on it if you're interested.

motivation is the hardest part of committing to change, but once you've made the decision it will get a lot easier. once you've made things like exercise or eating better part of your routine, they'll become habit. it's just making the initial changes that's the hard part!

Hi Jim- Sorry to hear of the health problems you're facing. Pray all goes well in the recovery process-I'm in health care and have these several times. I'm new to the site and trying to learn it all. Just can't seem to get motivated but want the results!!

Hi mate, I've left a comment in the forums under tech support.
Some idiot scammer trying to get money has joined the site and has emailed me and doubtless other people too. Details are in the post.

also one other thing I've noticed, should i have to go to "fitness" to leave a comment in your journal? doesn't seem like it's in the right place to me, just under "profile" would make more sense?

    Cheers!

    Hi ya

Sorry for the lack of information, I've done a little testing and it appears this only happens in Chrome. I've tried it again in FF this morning and it works fine there... bloody Chrome :/

Yo, can't help but notice mate, from the last update something has gone wrong with tabbing between new lines.

When I press tab to add a new line instead of starting the cursor at the first cell of the new line it jumps down to the box below where you enter the workout. It ends up on "Copy/move workout to another day" which kinda ruins the idea of tabbing through fields :)

I'm not sure if this is by design but its nowhere near as quick to enter my workouts and tab through rows that are the same now, I need to click back onto the workout pane every time I add a row :(

    Cheers!

    Hello mate,

I'll send my CV over later - not at home at the mo. Will be at home by 3.

I might be looking for a full time contract by the end of the day!

Would there be any scope for home working? What town is the office in? Is there parking or what's the nearest train station?

    Thanks
    Jim
