Hotel Room Bodyweight Circuit

A very simple workout with no equipment required at all. 
 
This hits most of the major muscle groups, although its very hard to work the back muscles without gym equipment. This is not a substitute for a real gym workout. 
 
Repeat this circuit 2-3 times if fitness allows!

General Warm-upDo whatever you can to warm up!
Squat - Single Leg15-20 reps (warm-up)
Press-up15-20 reps (warm-up)
Calf Raise - bodyweightDo single leg if possible.
Abdominals - V-upAs many as possible.
Press-upAs many as possible.
Squat - Single LegAs many as possible.
Abdominals - Twisting CrunchAs many as possible.
Split squatAs many as possible - single leg
Press-upAs many as possible.
Sissy squatHold for a minimum of 90 seconds.
PlankHold for a minimum of 90 seconds
