Lots of people have dumbells at home, so it made sense to put together a list of workouts that can be done with just dumbells (no bench).

Full-body single dumbell workout
Full-body workout that can be done with a single adjustable dumbell - ideal if you can't make it to the gym.
To make this challenging you'll need a fair amount of weight! Load up as heavy as possible.
If you've only got a 10 kilo dumbell to hand, this probably won't be much use.
General Warm-up
Squat - Single Leg
Press-up
Calf Raise - bodyweight
Dumbell Row
Military Press - Dumbell (1 arm)
Abdominal Crunch
Sissy squat

Another full-body workout that can be done with a single adjustable dumbell.
