    hey mate, np :) well I'm still in the early stages of Parkour training so I working on cardio, balance and core strength. For my chin ups i'm hanging in a stationery position for as long as possible to increase shoulder and back strength. Also trying out hanging with one hand - which is interesting to say the least! :D What u been up to?

    The meet was fun. It went about how I expected. I got 460 on bench and 565 on squat. I missed 475 bench and missed 585 on squat. I came pretty close though, so I'll be getting them in a few weeks i hope.

    The race is on!

    Bench - 265 lbs Personal Best 1 rep

    Squat - 360 lbs Personal Best 1 rep

    Deadlift - 325 lbs Personal Best 1 rep

    Total = 950 lbs

    I'm trying to figure out were that extra 50 lbs is going to come from but I like your idea.  Let's see were we are at by January 1st.

    No dyalisis(thankfully) but it's just taken a while to get my body back into a state of being able to do some lifting. Thanks for the good wishes and hopefully I'll be able to put some new workouts into gear and give everyone something new to look at.

    Hi Adsy,

    Im back after 3 weeks of illness, thanks for asking. Total bad luck but these things happen, Ive been raring to go all that time so Im hoping to at least get back to where I was pretty quickly. Glad your trip went well, thats the sort of time off you need! Good luck on reaching 16 inch arms, that would be awesome! I should be around here most days again now so talk to you again soon,
