Subatomic Solutions Limited provide "BodyDaemon" (herein BD) as a free service, subject to the following terms and conditions (TAC).

Registration

Some features within BD are accessible only via registration. When registering we would ask you to provide sensible information - any abusive content within your Profile will lead to your account being deleted.

Images/Videos

In the interests of decency, any media submitted by users shall be reviewed by an Administrator before being made available on the site.

Member Age

BD is available to members of 13 years age and older. By accepting these TAC you declare that you are at least 13 years of age.

Local Laws

In using BD, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are not violating any local or national laws in your region.

Content

The administrators of BD will make every attempt to keep abusive, racist, sexual or otherwise offensive content off the site. However, it is impossible for us to review all content. All messages/images/videos/links submitted represent the views of the author, and the owners of BD will not be held responsible for the content of any message, image, video or link submitted by a member. The owners of BD reserve the right to delete, edit or move any user-submitted content for any reason. We intend to exercise this right only where we deem it necessary for the well-being of other members.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

BD will not be responsible for damages (of any kind) resulting from your use of our service. Your use of the service is at your own risk. BD expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Changes to Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy

Both the Terms & Conditions (TAC) and Privacy Policy are subject to change. BD will endevour to notify users of any significant change, but this is not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of members to be familiar with the TAC and privacy policy, both of which are linked from the footer of every page in the site.
