Hi, just saying hello to everybody in here, this is my first post and I hope the first of many, my dream is to have a very fit and athletic body for the first time in my life, so I expect to be here constantly!

Lets see if 2010 is really, the year I get into shape, I am planning on absolutely achieving it!
