Hi My name is Darlene N. I live in a small town of Kentucky. I am currently raising 3 of my grandkids and seem to find very little time for myself. I decided yesterday that all that had to change or I would not live long. I have been dx with Dystolic dysfunction, sleep apnea, fibromyalgia, diabetes, copd and a few more. I am only 42 years old and want to live for a long time. I have made a start, purchased a treadmill and plan to walk every day. Thank you for taking the time to read.
