23 Year old male. Total beginner in the fitness stakes. Looking to improve strength/muscle mass and eat healthier. Edited 10 mins later..... Wow thats a crazy post! I didnt realize that intro option would start a forum thread, I thought it was kind of your mission statement/overall fitness goal. Armed with that fact I shall now introduce myself properly, instead of coming across as a stunted-sentence writing, neanderthal halfwit! Hello Body Daemon Members! As above, I am a 23 year old white british male just starting to get fit again. My long term goals are to increase my overall weight, muscle mass/size and strength. At the minute I weigh in at a featherweight 8.5 stone, In my opinion far too light for my age. I stand 5.6 feet tall, so I know i'me never gonna be huge, but as I am naturally wirey I beleive I could achieve a well defined body. I hope to achieve from this site: advice/motivation/a clip round the ear from like-minded people who know what they are talking about.
