hi
i'm losing inches but can't seam to lose lbs i don't eat that much and when i do i try to eat healthy stuff i don't eat sweets at all
i thought maybe i'm not eating enough but i'm never really hungry i have to remind myself to eat sometimes can you help me i would like to lose lbs my friends are alot bigger then me but we weigh around the same i don't understand it at all
