Hello all... shortest introduction I can - using bullet points:
o Weighed 285
o Found "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle"
o Lost 60 pounds
o Got lazy on the plan
o Completely strayed from anything fitness related
o Now 4 years from start of "BFFM", weigh 295.
o ENDING THE MADNESS.

Ok... entering two meals as I would have in the "other" program, I came up with 1400 calorie slices of bread, whole eggs that have 800 calories... If I can't trust the database here, I'm gone.
