I am 33 years old, I am engagged to the most wonderful man in the world. Between the 2 of us we have 5 kids. (4 are his and 1 is mine) I am trying to quit smoking and tone what I have (I am not overweight) I am pudgy in the middle (leftover baby fat) I am a little jiggle in the arms, I think I have big thighs (my fiance thinks I am perfect just the way I am) I am trying to do these things and eat healthier to take better care of myself so I can be around to see my daughter (who turns 7 this year), graduate, get married, and have kids. Between raising a big family, working 40 plus hours a week and go back to school to work on my degree for medical transcriptioning, I really don't have a lot of free time for long workouts. I try to sneak them in where I can. I park in the back of the parking lot at work, I take extra walks through the hotel at night (I work as a night auditor for Marriott) I am here to find ways to make my routine more trim and fit and squeeze more fat out of it.
