My name is David Little I'm the resident PT on bodydaemon. Welcome to bodydaemon hopefully you will find many useful aspects on this site.

I've been a bit busy over the past couple of weeks with clients and my other main job I do, so I will try and send you a decent e-mail over the next couple of days. In the meantime please add any threads you wish.
