    Hey Thomas,

How is the new weight room in Chicago?

What type of classes are you taking?

I hope everything is working out the way you wanted!

    Hey,

I've got new weight equipment that will help this little town.  I've got three new power racks and two new lat/row machines coming in.  You had to know that I would take care of the weight room!  When do you head for Chicago?

christ those numbers really are massive. so you lost weight because you finished footy, opposite to what i thought. getting bf% lower and weights lifted higher maybe hard to achieve but good luck

shame that mate im sure you could post a good total. think i read you play american footy? do they test lifts like the bench to see upper body strength? expect you're top of the class :) 50 lbs is a lot to lose so no wonder you lost some strength, was that for mobility and endurance for your games? happy lifting adsy
