I'M NET 38 YEARS OLD AND I STARTED 2 DAYS AGO (06 july 2009) MY FIRST DIET PRO COMPETITION.
LUCKILY THAT THE WEATHER IS REALLY HOT SO IT'S EASIER TO FOLLOW.
MY DIETIST IS GREAT AND MY PERSONAL AWSOME!

I'm happy about the diet but I'm very tired...the stress is too much...i need holidays...
I'm thinking about changing our life's and maybe i can do it...i hope well! This means "extra work" ...I'm not afraid about extra job, but has to bring extra GOOD money.
Today i reached the 59,5kg...my target is 56kg maximum, i don't want go under, i want to pass again to the spiral so i want like to keep my month-regularity.
Friday finally i worn my old jeans, they arrived on the top easily but i had to keep my breath for close them, so still another month of sacrifice and the pass perfect.
After let's go to the next step, more mass, more definition and less fat, but always something that i can keep easy.

Diet not so very difficult, in this period is really hot and stay on diet is easy.
Only thing, i respect every single gram but i don't loose weight, and this is strange, this winter i felt too much hunger with the same planner....maybe it's too hot.
i will see to the next fat measurement.
My training is hard enough, strange but good, maybe i need more than 1 month for see the first results.
