About
Hey, I'm 22 and married (yes, that's pretty young) :D

I was born in South Africa and moved to the UK when I was around 10. I have a Diploma in music (drumming) and taught in schools for a while.

I left teaching to persue a career in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) working for www.keywebuk.com

So far so good - but it's not always easy to balance work and play. I'm sitting at work most of the day, so Body Daemon should help me stay in shape!

I'm currently working on Parkour. If you don't know what that is then Google it :) It's difficult but I'm enjoying "getting fit while having fun".

Leave me a comment on my Journal,

Mark

    cheers for the comments!

you're right, it is hard balancing work and work. as someone working in the web arena, I'm guessing you have an incling of how much effort it was to put this site together :-) my day job is working in financial services doing .NET-esque things.

i am familiar with parkour, i found out about it as a guy i went to school with was involved in shooting 'jump britain'. i imagine that a lot of the parkour guys are freaky strong... like gymnasts or similar
