I just had noticed there was a workout, and was a little alarmed it'd disappeared totally. Until yesterday only 3 people were using this site, so I'm nervous that something's going to break.
My hat goes off to you, i can't type that well after 8 beers :p

i did log a workout but i was thinking i could set out what i do then set out what exersises i do on what days
so ive deleted them and will add what i do each day
todays workout consisted of 8 pints and the walk home so wont log that one lol

ive just got over a rather nast back injury
still got the size just way down on power at the moment
so the gardens geting a make over soon to be full of barrels sandbags stones farmers walk ect
site looks very good so far (just about geting the hang of it)
