I'm trying to figure out were that extra 50 lbs is going to come from but I like your idea. Let's see were we are at by January 1st.

Im back after 3 weeks of illness, thanks for asking. Total bad luck but these things happen, Ive been raring to go all that time so Im hoping to at least get back to where I was pretty quickly. Glad your trip went well, thats the sort of time off you need! Good luck on reaching 16 inch arms, that would be awesome! I should be around here most days again now so talk to you again soon,
