    hi there,

that's good to hear. auto-login is FINALLY being sorted by kully (we kept putting off doing it!) and should be good by next week.

even if you're not recording workouts, you should check out the route drawing feature we've just added. if you add a cardio exercise to a workout, you can draw the route using Google Maps and it'll calculate the distance for you :-)

also - you mentioned you were a PT. we've added online coaching, so you could get some of your clients on here and update their journals for them with workout routines, meal plans etc. if you do decide to do this, let me know any ideas or comments you have!

as for me, i'm OK. my shoulder recovery is going very well - i'm able to do press-ups again now, and i've started some weight training, although the only compound exercises i'm allowed to do are rowing movements and light bench presses. nothing overhead yet.

knee is finally going well, i think i'm winning the war against patella maltracking.

so, fingers crossed recovery will continue well!

    cheers,
    jim

Hey Jim, things are pretty good thanks. Just trying to get lean again.

The favourite foods screen is working perfectly for me, thanks very much. I'm still having trouble with the auto-log-in though.

    How are you doing?

    hello mate,

long time no speak. how's tricks?

quick question for you, how is your 'favourite foods' screen behaving in terms of speed?

i want to make sure it's still quick to save / edit records when you've got a lot of data in there.

    thanks,
    jim

    Dude,

I am well on the way to having the new site up. It's a hell of a lot quicker / better. Would you be able to help me test it?

I want people that are MJ regulars to have a play around and let me know what they think / would find useful.

If you have MSN please add me!! lover_of_g****ruit@hotmail.com

    Thanks

    Jim

Haha, they just look tiring because of the way Jim's got the exercises set out.

I'm pretty sure that I'm looking bigger, but I'm going to wait for another 4 weeks to photograph and measure myself to see for sure.

Dime, if people around you are saying that you look bigger, it's quite likely that you are - it's a fantastic way to judge - I wish people were telling me that! Make sure you post some pics so we can see your changes!

Hey man, yeah I'm getting my ass down there and trying hard.

I spoke to a guy who is totally ripped and he suggested making my training sessions a little shorter and more intense, so thats what I've tried to do.

Also at the moment I've put on a little bit of fat because I'm finally over 200lbs so I'm going to try and put some CV work into each workout I do and make an effort to keep that up for a while whilst watching my food intake. Probably substitute a few carbs for protein to  help maintain the weight and lose a little fat. I think I eat too much to be properly into cutting though, I just cant stop.

As for results... who knows. People say I look bigger but because of a lack of progress shots and the fact I see myself every day I'm always unhappy about certain aspects of myself. In a way I think thats good though because the moment you stop wanting to improve and become totally happy with yourself I think you're doomed. I cant stand training to hit a platuea and purely maintain, it seems like so much effort for nothing.

I hope your training is going well too, I know you have the killer instinct it needs to make it!

Hey Adsy, I don't have a BF% target, partially because as Dimebag has pointed out, my method of getting an accurate percentage is hugely inaccurate. Secondly, because I'm such a skinny ba$tard, my main goal is size and strength. I want to do it all while gaining the least amount of body fat, that's why I'm measuring it. Hopefully my current program and eating habits will keep me heading in the right direction!
