    Once i have the new house sorted and my knee/shoulder are back to normal we will have to arrange regular 'dungeon' sessions  :-)

    Thanks for the link to the 'Liquid Chalk' buddy, looks like a decent product and i might just invest in a bottle and see how it goes. 
     
    I've got some straps coming very soon, see how they go, if i feel uncomfortable i'll try the liquid chalk.
