About 'Edinburgh University Centre for Sport and Excercise':
Recently refurbished, with an upgraded sound system, the Trust Upper Hall continues to accommodate a number of very popular recreation classes including: Cardio Karate, Boxacise, and Dance Express classes. Sports Union club use includes martial arts and basketball. 
The Cardio-vascular(CV) training gymnasium is stocked with the very latest equipment supplied by Precor. This includes state of the art treadmills and elliptical trainers, in addition to our traditional steppers, upright stationary cycles and recumbent cycles. 
The Centre for Sport and Exercise houses one of the biggest Nautilus installations in the UK. With thirty six stations available seven days a week, there is ample opportunity to train regularly, and to reap the many benefits that resistance training provides 
Our purpose built Free Weights Gymnasium comprises two platforms, three squat cages, four bench press stations and several adjustable benches. Equipped with Eleiko disks, olympic bars, and an extensive range of dumbbells, the Free Weights Gym is the power house of the CSE.
