2nd June 2008 - the Facebook application is in beta.
Please bear with us for the first couple of days whilst we fix any initial problems.

We've got a Facebook application, which allows you to update your BodyDaemon journal directly from Facebook.

Why have you done this?
Lots of people have Facebook accounts now, and this will allow BodyDaemon members to quickly enter workouts, diet etc. without leaving Facebook. It also means you can share your progress with friends and family that wouldn't necessarily visit the BodyDaemon website.

Is it free?
Yes, all aspects of BodyDaemon are 100% free.

If I update my journal on facebook, will the changes happen here too?
Yes - both update the same data. If you update your journal on this website it's updated on facebook, and vice versa.

Some of the features offered on www.bodydaemon.com are missing from Facebook - why?
We wanted the facebook application to be as simple as possible, so it features a very, very cut-down version of the BodyDaemon experience. However, the full features can be accessed on this website at any time.
