Bench Press - machine

Some machines will be seated, some will be lying, so these are guidelines only!
  • Position yourself comfortably, and grab the weight (there may be several grips - the wider the grip, the less emphasis is placed on triceps, and more on chest).
     
  • Push outwards until your arms are fully extended.
     
  • Lower the weight in a controlled fashion.
