Pullover - barbell

  • Lie on a flat bench
     
  • Grab barbell, hands slightly narrower than shoulder width.
     
  • Press bar overhead - this is the starting position.
     
  • Keeping elbows tucked in, lower bar to floor as far as possible in a circular arc. You should feel a stretch in your abs.
     
  • Return bar to starting position.
