The Triceps ("Triceps Brachii") are located in the upper arm, opposite the Biceps.

The Triceps are responsible for extension (straightening) of the arm at the elbow.

The Triceps can be trained in isolation (straightening movements, such as the Triceps Extension), or as part of compound pressing movements such as the Bench Press, or Military Press.
