Woke up feeling okay today. went out to celebratee my girlfriends new job last night. Got up at 10a. Had a cup of coffe and browsed the web. Did P90 x interval plus. Man, what a work out. I always thought i was somewhat fit. This workout was an eye opener. Max HR was 166. Gave it about 80%. Need to improve. Carrying 46 lbs of fat!! Not cool
