Ugh. I hate when work stress and lack of sleep get in the way of my eating habits and work outs. I HAVE to stop skipping workouts which means I have to start doing them first thing in the morning.  I am just exhausted and feel terrible today, but the week will get better.

About User:Hello! I am a 27 year old newlywed (I am using this term loosely and considering anything under a year to be "newylwed"), and am simply hoping to stay in shape and not gain the "happy weight" that usually creeps on with marriage and the security thereof.  
 
I have been in better shape in the past, though I do not feel that I am currently out of shape. I really want to focus on my cardio, my energy levels, and my muscles! Since it is always easier to have a goal in mind, I have a wedding to attend in June where I will see most of my high school class. I am hoping to be 130 lbs by June, and back on track with my fitness!
